Product Background and Details
On each product page you can find general information and notes about our rubs and blends. They are the culmination of years of developing a product that we love, and subsequently all of our friends we cook for too. Our intent throughout the creative process was to create high quality rubs using the finest ingredients the world has to offer. This is why our products may cost a little more than some of our competitors.
We do not incorporate additives, preservatives or any anti-caking agents in our products. We utilize Gourmet Sea Salt in our products and they have about 1/3 the amount of salt (except Sichuan Sesame Sprinkle) that you typically find in comparable products.
If your rub clumps or cakes over time, simply stir it up with a clean utensil or give it a couple of raps against the counter. This usually loosens it up.
