Our most popular product, this dry rub version of the famous dish was developed based on several years of research and development. Our focus and intent was to design a product that reflects the traditional flavor as much as possible. The result is a product that has layers of tropical flavors starting with sweet molasses and blooming into allspice, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg with a fiery hit of the Caribbean chili (except Sweet). We find the flavors continue to unfold on the palette from the beginning to the end of the meal, with the heat level balanced in such a way that it excites your senses but does not overwhlem them.
We offer chili variations as each one has its own unique flavor complement at the heat level of a Habanero.
Sweet = No Heat
Scotch Bonnet = Sweet and light tropical fruit flavor. Heat Level 10.
Triple Trinidad = Intense tropical fruit with overwhelming level of heat. Handle with caution. Heat Level 11.
