Cajun Blackening Swamp Seasoning

Inspired by the many years of living around the swamps of Northeast Florida and eating all the fine things it has to offer.  Blackened fish and shrimp is a common dish in the area and this blend honors those palette pleasing effects.  

This funky blend has a slight herbal flavor from Oregano and Thyme with Cayenne, South American Pepper and the rare Zanahoria Triangulo Pepper powders packing the heat that lingers throughout the dish but stays below menacing levels.
