Peruvian Aji Coffee BBQ has a medium level of heat that incorporates and balances the unique flavors of a deep, rich and complex dark roast coffee against the back drop of our core BBQ blend.  The heat is sourced from the South American Aji Amarillo pepper that builds on the complexity of flavors the palette experiences.
